Join us on Saturday, January 18th at 7:00 PM in Charter Hall for a special performance by Jacob & Skylar Velazquez (Jake n’ Sky), a talented 15 & 11-year-old brother and sister musical duo from South Florida with autism.
Jacob, a gifted musician and songwriter who plays 8 instruments, was featured on season 15 of America's Got Talent and has appeared on Good Morning America, The View, and The Steve Harvey Show. He has even performed with Harry Connick Jr. He currently serves as the Music Director at Potential Youth for Potential Church.
Skylar, a budding singer, songwriter, and aspiring actress, was recently selected to perform with the Broward County Honors Choir and The Florida All-State Orff Ensemble. After impressing Jacob with her stunning lead performance in her school’s musical Cold Snap, Skylar became a part of the duo. Together, they have created the Jake n’ Sky Show!
This event is a collaboration between Music Angels Education and the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation to support Autism Awareness. You won’t want to miss seeing what these talented performers can achieve, showcasing the possibilities that are within reach despite any diagnosis.
