IRCHS is excited to announce a new Nursing Assistant Program in collaboration with Indian River State College. Starting Fall 2024, IRCHS 12th-grade students can enroll in a Nursing Assistant course at the IRSC Mueller Campus. This one-semester course is available in both the fall & spring semesters, and extremely beneficial for those seeking to join the Nursing Program at IRSC.
To enroll, students must submit an application for Career Training with IRSC, even if the student is already dual-enrolled. Students must be in 12th grade & have at least a 2.0 GPA but do not have to pass the PERT. Contact your IRCHS counselor for assistance, the BEST way to do this is via email so that they can get back to you in July!
